M/V "Big Fisher" has left the harbour for the first trip in 2010.
Still very cold weather and problems with frozen pumps onboard.
The Savage gear Herring cutbait works great.
Tried some fishing - but no halibut .
It is early for halibut on shallow water- they are still on deeper water making halibut-babies.
We don't want to disturbe them there !!
Its a really good cod-fishing just now outside Kvaløyvågen and the professional fishermen are very happy.
Anyway it is really nice to get out there !!
